Identified - Exostar has identified an issue within their system regarding the ordering and issuing of new EPCS licenses.

They are treating this as a Severity 1 issue and are actively triaging this as an urgent matter. Our team is in communication with Exostar and we will continue to provide updates.

Providers can still send standard eRx and print, fax, or call in scheduled drugs if permitted in their state.

Investigating - Users who are attempting to register for EPCS are unable to proceed past Step 2: Order Hardware Token. When users click "order token", they receive an error message and are unable to proceed and complete their EPCS registration.
